Absolutely the best staff! We have over 20 cats and dogs that are patients here and all are treated with compassion and caring. We have always been seen very quickly and taken care of fully. Would recommend to any pet owner.
The most caring and compassionate animal clinic we have ever been to with our pekingese. They cared for her for 3 years before her passing. We would recommend them to everyone.
They have been so good to us! I cannot express my gratitude sufficiently for the love they have shown us and our kitty.
I took my 15 year old cat to Mars Hill as referred by a neighbor and they took us right in on a Saturday morning without an appointment. Everyone was really friendly and even though I got some not so great news they were very compassionate. They treated my cat and she seems so much better in just few hours. Not sure of how long she will remain feeling better but I know I can count on this Vet Hospital.
Had such a great experience there while we were passing through during my husband's leave visiting family. Everyone was so friendly and they treated our girl, Ellie wonderfully! Dr. Gross was so helpful and all of the wonderful staff were very welcoming. Everyone took the time to explain anything and everything we had questions about and everyone was very knowledgable. This is where all my animals will be going when I move back to Georgia for good!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Mars Hill is the best of the best. I have been through some very hard times with my pets and they have been there from the beginning to the end. It is clear that each and every employee genuinely cares for the pets and their owners too. I can't say thank you enough!
