RecommendedAbsolutely LOVE Dr. Gross and his amazing staff! The girls are awesome and treat my baby as their own. Their kindness and compassion set them apart from the rest. They truly go above and beyond. Whenever we call to ask a question, we always get a call back. The Dr and staff are all very knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to make and there is always availability. I’m so glad we found them...only regret is not finding them sooner.

Every single employee treated my dog as their own. They allowed me to cry and be dramatic, all while comforting me! Thanks to them, my sweet pup is now back home! I absolutely can’t recommend Mars Hill enough.

I think you need to go on facebook and see your reviews....taking advantage of people. Giving asweet young lady a 615,00 bill for a aged yard cat who she took in as a stray. How about being forthcoming with your rates. Who would pay your 625.00 for a cat.you took advantage.
I’d like to give a huge thank you to Dr.Wellman and all of the kind folks at MHAH!! My mini labradoodle, Louie, got really sick with pancreatitis right as we were going out of town. They made a very stressful situation so much better! They took amazing care of my baby!! I highly recommend MHAH!!
My cats and dogs have been coming to Mars Hill since we moved here in 2016 and we have not looked back since. Dr Joey Gross is the best and being in the vet industry we know plenty of veterinarians and none compare to him.
can I just say that not only is the staff amazing and sweet and loving to my fur babies! but they have truly gone above and beyond to show that they not only love my dogs but care for us as well! I was on my way to take my dog to the vet but I got a flat tire about 5 miles away... stuck on side of hwy with 2 kids and a dog in the pouring rain. my dog needed immediate treatment so one of their staff members came and not only retrieved my dog but gave me n the kids a ride. got us clean/dry shirts and hot coffee while we waited... read more
What a great group of vets. Staff is very sweet and friendly. They have beyond helped me with two stray infant cats. Thankful for all the help and support I have received from this office!
The staff at Mars Hill are easily the most compassionate and nicest I have ever dealt with. The first time I had to take Chip we just rescued him from animal control and he had a tapeworm and so it was pretty gross and pretty scary. From the moment I called them, and up to getting in, I was treated with such excellent service. I tell everyone I talk to that if you’re looking for a place to take your fur baby then Mars Hill Vet is definitely the place!!! ❤️
