They couldn't give us 2 beds like we requested so we had a roll out with a nasty blanket. I asked for a decent blanket and someone brought another scratchy hard one to the room that felt like steel wool. No microwave in the room, over priced food. Front desk staff made switching rooms as difficult as possible when we were the ones being inconvenienced.
Take your tip money and expect fabulous and attentive service. Classy and clean. Stands out amongst the rest in Myrtle Beach

This is our 2nd time here. We love the relaxing pool area. Wait staff is great! It gives you the best of Myrtle while not being in the hustle and bustle!

Totalled enjoyed the resort. Great mix of things to do for children and adults. Employees where so polite and helpful. Only left the resort to go to grocery store...no need to go anyplace else. On site food venue was good.
Everything was AMAZING!! Beautiful room, hotel is spotless, breakfast buffet was delish, massage at the spa was fantastic! Staff was professional and ensured every moment was relaxing and flawless. I slept with the ocean singing me to sleep every night. Worth every penny.
This week we held our third conference at Grande Dunes. Another amazing experience.....this group knows exactly what to do to exceed expectations. They have an amazing staff.....from the front office, to the restaurants, to sales, to banquets and catering.... A+ service with a smile � kudos to the banquet and catering team.... This is my first time in Myrtle Beach and this place is just so nice - the hotel, the people, the location is right on the beach!! I am already booking to come back to bring my family here this summer :)
