Loved the stay. A++ customer service.Beautiful rooms, super comfy beds and pillows. Just a bit disappointed that I was unable to get my massage due to construction in the men's area (?)
Great service from the whole staff. I had a relaxing massage by Bruce and facial by Jo.
Our church group was treated horribly. We had a women's retreat March 17-19, 2017. The food we were served for dinner's two nights was not acceptable. And we negotiated a 20% discount for the spa services. Many attempted to make spa appointments but many were told that there were no available appointments for services. However, when they called back and talked to a different employee they were able to book services. I and other women were overbilled on our credit card for our services. I was overcharged $24. Beautiful hotel resort! Excellent location to the beach. Staff are professional and amazing. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Indoor dining, indoor swim pool/hot tub/sauna, fitness center and spa. A 5min walk to the beachfront. Outdoors have swimming pools, hot tub and splash pad. If you want to leave the resort to tour nearby shopping and restaurants/night life, you'd have to drive all within 10-20min.
We have really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, great buffet breakfast, lots of amenities, super nice staff, just renovated rooms, top notch! And our kids loved it to �
