After staying in this hotel for one night, I noticed the inside of my bicep was itching. Looked and saw a line of bites. Bed bugs for sure. I looked at these reviews and saw someone experience the same in room 514. I was in room 518. I know how hard it is to beat those little beasts, but a hotel needs to close down rooms until they are mitigated.

I don't know why this hotel is rated only 4.3. The night manager was extremely helpful when I came in needing a room. The bed is great, rooms are superb. I can actually work at the desk in here. Most hotels have weird chairs that meet the design but not functional or comfortable. I've stayed at old, outdated marriotts and this one is NOT that. Carpet is older in the hallway and I always prefer some other flooring to carpet just so I can roll my suitcases easier but I'll live. No weird chemical smells, I might get a good nigh... read more

Found bed bugs in Room 514 after my first night here. I reported it to the front desk and was moved to another room, but this was very disappointing for a Marriott property. The bites and itchiness ruined the trust and peace of mind sleeping when staying at other Marriott hotels during the rest of my business trip. Please take pest control and housekeeping seriously, no guest should have to deal with this.

Very convenient if flying out of CVG. I was even able to leave my vehicle in the parking lot for 6 days at no charge because I'm a bonvoy member and booked my room with points. The facility is maintained well and the room was very comfortable.

I only stayed here for 10hrs because I was here for work & woke up with pink eye in both of my eyes after sleeping in their beds. There is no excuse for a hotel not to change sheets and pillow cases as well as towels between guests!
