Had a salad from room service, felt very sick, asked for assistance and had a very cold and rude response from staff "Alexis". Ruined my experience.
This is one of my most favorite hotels... I can not rave enough about the staff here. They know me by name when I check in, The supervisors, bartenders, restaurant staff and the men and women at the front desk at the best!! Thank you again for being the best!
