I was a little disappointed because our room smelled like dirty pool and they brought us air freshener that didnt work
This hotel was absolutely amazing. Every worker we dealt with was amazing. The cooks the waiters the bartenders all made you feel like you was at home. The hotel provided doll beds for both my girls. I will be staying here again thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality���
It's was an amazing experience, very clean and the breakfast was good ..The staff was very friendly..My granddaughters, daughter and I a wonderful time n the shuttle service was very convenient especially after driving ..Took it right in front of the American Girl store and pick us after after We where done shopping..I highly recommended ..
Great hotel with complimentary shuttle to DC. Clean rooms and really nice staff! Lounge and Starbucks in lobby! **So after I posted this glowing review...We went out to find the back window of our 4 runner smashed! Parking garage was full...Parked in lot. Video cameras "don't cover that area'. We were supplied with duct tape!! Oh and apologies...Will never stay in a Marriott again!!
Our daughters were given the American Girl package at this hotel for Christmas. Our experience was above and beyond what we expected. The staff at this hotel make sure not a single detail is left out. The hotel was clean and run efficiently. For someone staying here to shop at Tysons, you do not even need to move your vehicle. The shuttle took us to and from the mall. We didn't have to wait for ours for pick up. One call to the hotel and we were back on the shuttle in 10 mins. The drivers were safe and shuttle was clean.
