Overall the hotel is nice but just 1 waiter in the main dining room of the lobby ruined it all. Mizan was one of the worst waiter you can come across with. He wouldn't even greet you or introduc e himself. Got my orders wrong several timesand even gives you a stare when you order a drink. Even when you point out your order is wrong he would still insist he's right. He'll throw the order to you and even give you the bill before you finish and demanding his tip. I guess Im just use to The Ritz Carlton because the rooms here at the Marriott are tiny. Service was ok. Rooms are clean just prepare for small rooms. Windows were dirty also. Somebody's greasy forehead leaned against multiple spots in my room and the outside of the windows were so dirty I could barely see the view. Other than the window Very clean. Such a great experience! Our shuttle driver was the BEST! The food was fantastic that was served at the conference we attended. Just what I expect from a Marriott!!!
We reserved a king room with the understanding from Expedia and from trip advisor that there would be a couch so our son could sleep on it. We filled out a reservation for 2 adults and one child. Arrive to our room, which is soooooo small, probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The staff were surley when I told them the booking was supposed to have room for a child... This hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant on the second floor which is handy!
