This is my second time here, I can’t say enough about this hotel. The food is amazing!
Honestly just checked in there is an air mattress in my room a previous guest left and housekeeping just ignored and left it also its just here on the floor im putting it on the terrace and i have found 3 roaches crawling in plain sight on wall. Behind tv and door going into room next door. Obviously parking is nowhere near sufficient for the event. Could not find a parking spot anywhere NEAR the tower my room is in which i get people crashing 4 to 10 in a room and TONS of extra cars due to non hotel guests attending convent... read more
The staff was incredible from the lady that cleaned our room to the bartenders in High Velocity.
I don’t even kno where to start with this place. On arrival we had several bags for our stay as we pulled up to valet not one person offered to help with our belongings. This place is really only good for business stay. Defiantly not a place to enjoy vacation at. You would get better service at a motel 6! Once we checked out they did not charge us the correct rates for each night of our stay. This is definitely the place you want to stay when you’re in Orlando, FL.
Overpriced. Customer service horrible. 2 charges for valet when we didn’t use valet. Their Starbucks is abnormally expensive. Go to Gaylord, at least it’s prettier inside, better shops and restaurants..
I would like to give a shout out to Fernando at the Falls Pool Bar! We really enjoyed his service yesterday and the food was exceptional as well. I tried to get on my Marriott app and give him a review but don’t think there is a place to. Thanks Fernando, my husband & I enjoyed meeting you.
We had a wonderful time at the Gordon food service annual meeting. The only thing I wish is they hadn’t taken the salt-and-pepper away from the table so soon because I was still eating. But great service.
