Great place and excellent staff. The food is great and luxury at its finest.
I will absolutely NEVER stay at your property again , even if it was free!! This was the worst vacation I had ever had in 12 years !! First of all the rooms are nothing better then a off the road hotel , we stayed at a SpringHill Suites and the rooms there are much nicer. Second, of you want a chair/table at the pool(oh yes that’s right, there are NONE you only have chase loungers) you have to get up super early and be there by 9 or you can get nothing together!! Largest Marriott in the world and it’s all first class. Beautiful with great location and service.
Second time I’ve tried this resort for a family vacation. Redeemed points for the stay, should’ve booked the JW Marriott Grande Lakes. World Center is far past due for room updates and refurbishment. Elite Check-in experience completely unimpressive. Not to mention the ridiculousness of their policy of paying a resort fee on an adjoining room for kids.. And then, there’s the two valet drivers we witnessed recklessly driving guest vehicles. I’d HIGHLY suggest self-parking. No way I’d even let them touch my rental car.
