A beautiful hotel and the service people in all departments were friendly and very helpful! A great idea to have the Pantry open until 2am, nice to get a late night snack to take to your room when everything is closed! A shout out to Martha in Lattitudes, wonderful server and very personable! Best coffee ever!! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful weekend!
My kids and I absolutely love staying here. We've stayed twice, once during Thanksgiving 2017 and again during Spring Break 2018. Although we did have a few hiccups on our 1st day during Spring Break, it was handled. I would also like to give special recognition to Kenny. He always go above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect! Thanks again to all the staff that make our vacations so enjoyable! We look forward to our future stay during 4th of July! �
My son and I went there for my banquet for 20 years with Publix and I will say the room was to die for gorgeous, the staff helped with anything we asked (and being that this was our first time) they were all so great! The lazer show was so cool! And oh my, the crystal ballroom was so nice! Between Publix and the hotel, everyone did and great job! I live local (st.pete area) and I would be back!
