We had a great 👍🏾 time here. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent room service, delicious food from Latitude and Longitude, Central Pantry, Falls Pool and Grill and of course coffee at Starbucks. My mom and son had fun with the poolside activities while I was at my conference meetings. Kind and gracious staff too!! ☀️ 😃
BED BUGS!!! my sister is there now. She found bed bugs and they ignored her! treated her as an inconvenience and never let her speak w a manager. she found the bugs at 7am. it’s now 1pm there and she STILLLLL hasnt been seen by a manager.
We have been going for Years and i must say this place needs a change. Restaurants in this place are so so pricey and i would put them up against Applebees. (Quality that is) Not many things to do in this resort. Even the small small game room is pricey. Got a small bottle of dark tanning oil for $18.50!!! Walgreens and every other place has this same tanning oil for $3.99. The best place to eat is actually at the pool bar. But again u better bring your checkbooks. Worth it! Staff at all levels ask to make sure you are doing well and are checking to see if you have needs they can assist with. Rooms are well kept. Pool area is seen after at Disney levels. That’s a compliment! No trash no forgotten guests. Oddly though no Disney on TV’s. Haha Lobby is so beautiful. I wish I could purchase the fragrance they fill it with. Breakfast buffet is wonderful as well. Accommodating from top to bottom!!
UPDATE: I received a call from Jason Clark, a Front-End Manager this afternoon, and he was absolutely amazing in apologizing for this young lady's behavior. He went out of his way to rectify the issue, and I really appreciate him for his professionalism, customer service, quick response, and genuine concern. Great pool...fun slides to occupy kids. Lots of choices for restaurants...no need to leave the hotel. Very comfortable beds and housekeeping was quick to provide extras for our room. We love coming here for a weekend get away!
Parking is an issue at this resort, whether you self park or valet. When I self parked it took 30+ minutes to leave the garage, none of the pay stations worked and the stations located at the exit weren’t all working. They had one attendant trying to maneuver between 3 exits which should have been 4 but one was broke. If you stay here, Uber it, cheaper and easier.
This hotel is the greatest!! And Elizabeth A The manager is absolutely fantastic and always very helpful and just the best!! Also the staff is terrific!!
I have throughly enjoyed myself this week while on vacation. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They remember your name and always make sure that your every need is met. From the spa to the pool, to the cleaning staff everyone was pleasant and made my vacation extremely relaxing - thank you Marriott - Job Well Done!
