I booked a two night stay on January 5th for an April 27th check-in. I paid 733 dollars for a pool view room and at check in, with 4 people, I was told my booking guaranteed my pool view but not two beds! I paid extra for the pool view did I need to pay extra for two beds? I would have left demanding a full refund but promised my daughter we would stay at this hotel for Playlist Live. I travel a lot and have never had someone tell me that the way I did my booking did not guarantee two beds but they would bring up a rollaway ... read more
Amazing place to stay. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Rooms wete clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
Stay there once and it was nice but i was at the Gaylord resort our AALC was at the world center Marriott
