We’re new residents to Marquis at Stonegate. The leasing agent we talked to was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable she totally helped us decide to move here! The community is secure and really seems safe and our neighbors have been really nice too. We’ve only had maintenance to our apt one time (everything works great!) but he was very professional on time and easily took care of what we needed. I’d highly recommend Marquis at Stonegate! DL
The parking situation isn’t under control. They towed my boyfriends car, but this piece of crap car that’s been sitting there for weeks without a sticker has yet to be towed. I’ve regret my decision since the day I moved in. They deceivingly show you an apartment that has “a better parking situation” so you’ll sign your lease. I would most definitely look somewhere else to live.

The way they treated us during a water intrusion (from another apartment) was completely unacceptable and rude.

This is my second time to live in Marquis at Stonegate. This complex has an excellent team to help you in anyway. Service repair is always fast and top notch. I feel safe when home or away that my things are well taken care of. It's convenient to the Trinity Trail, restaurants, and downtown Fort Worth (actually, walking distance).
