Horrible experience. Was sent to another location for blood work because they didn’t know what was wrong with me and then this lady said she couldn’t find my veins after poking me so many times in both arms. Incredible pain still after two days to my arms and the lady told me to come back tomorrow to try to get my blood again. I’m still sick no diagnosis and now worse with bruised arms. Waste of time and copay. I will never go back. Awful. Should be refunded for no care.
Appointment process was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Choc pediatrician was amazing. Short wait times. Would highly recommend. Perfect for kids.
Not a great experience here. We walked in and waited over an hour at this empty location for a telehealth doctor to squeeze us into her busy schedule (while the Dr was working at ANOTHER marque urgent care location). I don’t understand why this urgent care remains open for walk ins but has ZERO doctors onsite or ready via telehealth to see patients. It’s a waste of patients’ time. CALL TO CONFIRM doctor availability during their working hours.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and consideration throughout the visit. Dr. Mark Vincent provided helpful, respectful, and kind service, ensuring clear communication on all aspects of care. Additionally, the office maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
