The Mission Viejo Marque Urgent care office reception nurses acknowledged my arrival. They were attentive and very nice, smiling. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They made my visit time efficient. I am always very impressed. I give all the nurses a high rating for being on top of my health issues. Thank you.
We had a very frustrating experience here. Our daughter had what turned out to be a chronic sinus infection that lasted over four weeks, yet we were repeatedly told she was “healthy” and that nothing was wrong. As a parent, you know when something isn’t right, and it’s incredibly disheartening to feel dismissed instead of heard. This wasn’t an isolated incident.
