I'm glad this is an urgent care staffed by physicians only. The level of education, training and expertise between physicians and midlevels are just not comparable, and personally my family and I prefer to see an actual physician any day over a midlevel.

As an emergency department physician I see so many patients treated only by a nurse (with some additional training) rather than a physician. This community is fortunate to have a facility which values physician-level care on an urgent basis. Given this, the chance that you would need to be referred on to an emergency department for additional care or a second opinion is much lower. Bravo!
