there is no one better than Dr. Eaves. I always call first to see which office she is working
They staff was very sweet and caring and the doctor was very helpful and TRUELY cared about me. I will never go to another Urgent Care. Plus the office was so clean and it was easy to make a appt online and park right out front and take the elevator up.
Jeremy and Dr Steiner took good care of me. They even stayed way past closing.
I made an appointment online and was seen within 10 mins of walking through the door. It's clean, they were friendly, and took care of me very quickly. Best experience at an urgent care facility I have ever had... If you have to go, this is the place to go.
I came here as a walk-in on a pretty busy day with an estimated 1½ - 2 hour wait. I had been here previously and the wait was less than 30 minutes. Staff and doctors are very polite, straight-forward and helpful. Definitely recommend this over HOAG just up the street as their customer service is somewhat sub-par for that location. Overall, a local friendly community urgent care facility.
