I had a very high fever while on vacation in Newport, my mom found your clinic and my husband called and you all got me right in. I ended up with the flu. � The nurses and doctor were amazing and took great care of me! ������ Thanks so much!
Dr. Sims and the office team at Newport Beach Fashion Island were quick to see me (no appointment), compassionate and friendly and took care of everything right there. They sent my prescription quickly and it was waiting for me.
We were in the Buena Park office on a Sunday afternoon. Thankfully my husband was seen in a timely manner. Staff was very professional and helpful. The doctor was thorough and very nice. This will be our go to Urgent Care if ever we need one again. Thank you so much for your professionalism and the care you took in the time we were there.

Brought my 3 year old in after he fell and had bad pain in his arm that wouldn’t go away. Service and attention was great and dr popped the ligament back into place. Phew! Thanks Marque, see you next time, hopefully not soon

I was treated well and in a professional and timely matter. I feel like they covered all the bases and did their best to diagnose me. There is always room for some improvement. My only complaints which are minor: my x-rays did not come out due to machine not giving enough radiation so I was sent to RSM. They took me right in and did them fast. The girls at the front desk were overheard by me talking about a another patient in a negative way, unnecessary conversation. It just gives a uncomfortable vibe and is immature, unprof... read more
