I've been seeing Dr. Marotta for almost 7 years for maintenance treatments. He is a great Dr. and takes fantastic care of all his patients. He really makes sure you understand everything about your treatment, condition, and any follow up care necessary. The staff is pleasant and personable. Both Andrea and Denise have been massage therapists there for years and are very professional and knowledgeable with everything they do. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did the massage therapist use quality oils during your massage? Yes, they used quality oils

Did you feel too exposed during your massage? Not at all. They were very careful and respectful Did the massage therapist end your session early? Yes, a little too early Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did the massage therapist end your session early? No, they didn't end it early Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first
