Could have had more information on the laser gum treatment-how it has been arround- if the dentist was going to do the treatment or the hygenist-also if that person needs to be certified to do the treatment-

The drawbacks were minor (filling out forms twice, getting multiple emails, etc.) The experience itself was excellent. No pain, very professional, at-home care minimal.
