Quick and painless
The Front Office staff is exceptional. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns without me getting a feeling I was bothering them. The x-ray technician was thorough and took my concerns seriously. The hygienist seemed to come at me with a pointed tool without explaining what he was going to do. Very unnerving. It seemed he was reading from a script in explaining all that needed to be done. He sure didn't have time for any questions from me.
