This assessment of my MDRT experience may help another person. My former MDRT lawyer was a junior Guardianship attorney. In my observation, this junior lawyer would drag his feet in completing tasks and then charge for unnecessary phone calls and e-mails to me. He could not do anything himself. His "supervisor" received fees for reviewing his work. In my opinion, my lawyer padded his fees.
