New Garage Door I would like to thank Ryan who braved the cold of the Arctic Vortex to fit a new garage door for me. Out went the original one piece door and in went a nice new white insulated door (Clopay 9200 R17.5). He did a great job and cleaned up too. I would recommend Markham Garage Door 100%

Replace 2 Garage Doors We needed to replace our 25 year old garage doors , and after much research we decided to go with Markham Garage Doors . Torsion spring replacement Great service. Prompt communication. In and out in half an hour so I could quickly return to my work. It was great to see a Pro like Brendan in action. It was a job I could have attempted myself ... I think, however I'm glad I called Markham Garage Doors because after replacing the spring on one door, Brendan tuned the "little things" on both my doors to prevent later significant issues. Broken Spring The spring broke on our garage door Tuesday night, i called Chris from Markham Garage Doors Wednesday morning and by 6 pm same day our garage door is fully functioning. Chris was very friendly and helpful over the phone and Jared the installer got to our house earlier than my husband. Very reliable and he did an excellent job! New Garage Doors The old doors were removed and the new doors installed all on the same day - very impressive! This included the reconnection of an exisiting door opener. The work was completed in a professional and competent manner.

replace garage door & opener Ryan P. Replace & Install a new garage door & new opener (my own), weatherstrip alone.Did a wonderful job. He did warn me the energy saving light bulb is no good for it, but he inatall for me, it works very good since June 7 till today (June 24). Robert N. did the capping, very good job but I notice he close the light bulb cover for us (good intension).right after he left, the light and the sensor are not working, I change to the regular light bulb under their instruction is not helping. Keeping in mind this is a customer supplied opener bought from Sears, that worked perfectly after installation. Our customer was instructed not to use energy saver bulbs In the opener as they bend the contacts on the plastic socket and the lights no longer work. Thanks to Chris for explaining the details and requirements and eradicating any and all concerns I had. The work performed by Ryan was immaculate. No hanging wires. The Garage door opener unit appears to be floating in mid-air. I highly recommend Markham Garage Door LTD. Will replace the garage door next and will definitely have it done through MGD LTD.
