Torsion spring replacement Torsion spring broke on my garage door, had both springs replaced. When I called I got all the information I needed. The technician (who's name I'm sorry to say I forgot) came at the exact time I was told on the phone, explained what he was going to do and in 1 hour had both torsion springs replaced. He also replaced some missing screw nuts, lubed the door hinges and checked the door in general without me even saying anything. Garage Door Replacement This was my 3rd dealing with Markham Garage Doors. Had my springs replaced a year ago and recently a new motor and finally a new door installed. They have always been very friendly, efficient and professional and always on time!

garage door repair and new opener Awesome service and excellent communication. Brandon from Markham Garage Doors was in and out within an hour having repaired the garage door and installed the new opener. Brandon was also very thorough in explaining the work required to repair the door and clearly demonstrated all the features features of the new opener for me. First time experience with Homestars and Markham Garage Doors. Very happy!

We have always been extremely satisfied with their expertise and professionalism. Finally it was time to completely replace the garage doors themselves. The new doors were beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. The only concern was that the weather stripping around the door was not exactly the best colour match. Project Could not be happier. They came on the day specified and did an excellent replacement of my 2 garage doors, then their trim guy came about a week later and capped the door frame in aluminum beautifully, even cutting the trim into the brick. Garage Door - torsion spring I have used the services of Markham Garage Doors Ltd. on two occasions in the past four years to replace a broken garage door torsion spring; A huge thank you goes to Brandon who simply was punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their price is very reasonable and they honor their warranty. This is a trust worthy establishment and I would absolutely recommend their services to my friends and family.

Thanks for the review this was an odd situation it is the first spring that we have installed that has broken relatively early after initial install. Some companies use a cheap material springs, as we all know all products are not created equal. We offer a warranty on our parts to ensure that the quality is nothing but the best. That said we installed a spring that must of had a defect and as a result it broke only a few years after install. We installed a new spring under warranty.
