Not staffed or equipped to deliver what they promise. Days behind on all requests and sometimes flat out unable to deliver. 4 out of 4 negative streaming partnerships this year. The good graces have worn out. Love supporting local but their faults have hurt our local nonprofit greatly, our customers have almost no trust in an online streaming experience delivered by Markey’s.

RecommendedWe needed equipment for an event the next day. In our search we found Markey’s at 7:36pm and gave them a call. To our surprise someone answered. We worked with Zac at the Bloomington Indiana Office. He was amazing to work with and very professional. Zac explained the process and got us all the paperwork, processed it, and met us at the office to pick up the equipment in under an hour. Couldn’t of been better. pays employees lowest corporate a/v rate i've ever seen.
I rented some sound equipment for my wedding from the Merilliville/Hammond office.Everything worked fine and the man I was in contact with was pleasant and professional. However, despite the fact that I have in writing that I wouldn't be charged for the equipment until the week of the event, my card was charged early. This caused quite a problem, overdrawing my bank account and resulting in over $100 in overdraft fees before I could fix it.
