showed up for a self-guided tour and after signing into the rently app, was told i need to pay a fee to go on the tour. this was never disclosed prior when i booked the tour. that on top of the outrageous admin and pet deposit fees. really thought the house was cute from the photos and wanted to see it, but i immediately left when i realized how lacking their transparency is.
