Jill was absolutely wonderful to work with. My wife and I were relocating from another state which can be quite difficult. She made the process very easy. She met with us on our restricted timelines and worked around our flights to be able to show us as many possibilities we could pack in. She negotiated with the other agent and very demanding previous owners to get us exactly what we needed. Jill was fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market and gave great advice about asking price, price changes, offers, negotiations, and the closing process. The process of selling my condo went very smoothly because of Jill. Although I know she is a very busy agent, she always made me feel like I was her only client. I started off with another realtor, a very nice lady but we just didn't connect so, I decided to give Donna a shot. My entire home buying experience changed for the better. Donna was very knowledge and realistic. I was able to find a home in my budget that I loved and Donna did her thing with the negotiations! She kept in contact with my loan officer, the sellers agent plus helped me with any other things during the process. Donna did not stop until I was a happy homeowner and thanks to her, I AM! I highly recommended her!
