Bill looked at the comparable houses in my area and came up with a great selling price. Produced a lot of interest and multiple offers. I just the second day of showings there were a couple offers over asking price. Also very convenient having a mortgage company working within market elite. Bill made himself very accessible for us and worked around outlet schedule.
Mark Jeffrey was very professional and knowledgeable. He sold our home quickly. We tried to sell it by owner first and it didn’t happen for us unfortunately. He was a very good negotiator. I would recommend him highly!!!
Jill was absolutely wonderful to work with. My wife and I were relocating from another state which can be quite difficult. She made the process very easy. She met with us on our restricted timelines and worked around our flights to be able to show us as many possibilities we could pack in. She negotiated with the other agent and very demanding previous owners to get us exactly what we needed. I acted as a Transaction Coordinator for this sale/purchase, meaning that negotiations and local knowledge did not come into play.
