he took us seriously from the very start. was willing to schedule house viewings (almost immediately) with no issues at all. guided us through the whole process and even when things got tough he kept us in the game. we were at one point ready to give up the whole thing but he did some negotiations and we were able to work some things out in our favor and continued to fight for us all of the way to closing day.

I met Taylor when I was looking for an apartment to rent in Detroit during 2007. He was very knowledgeable and honest of the area including safety precautions. When he is showing a place he does his research and provides a realistic approach and doesn't try "selling" anything not worth buying. Since 2007 I have recommended him to many friends and family members. If you're looking for someone to trust, I highly recommend Taylor Smith!

We found Taylor Smith to be reliable, dependable, and very honest. When he looked for property for me and my family, he took into consideration the fact that I was in a wheelchair and he provided viewings consistent with that in mind. Bill was a great help throughout our process! He always was willing to answer any questions we had and if didnt know the answer to a question he always was sure to find out ASAP! Was also very good at negotiating and always willing to do what was in our best interest! I would recommend Bill 10/10 times to anyone looking for a home!
