Mark was very helpful in determining how much I should sell my house for. In fact I even got more than I expected. He was very honest and helpful throughout the whole process. And even showed up to the closing, I guess it wasn’t totally necessary for him to be there but it made me feel more comfortable, having someone I trust on my side who could be there and he understood all that paperwork Crap. If I ever buy or sell another house he will be the first person I call.

Jill helped me purchase my condo and she was very helpful. I’ve never bought a home before and she answered my 10,000,000 questions! I would recommend her to anyone new to buying a home, or anyone looking to purchase one period. She showed up to my signing and was by my side the whole time.

Our agent was very helpful with whatever questions we had, he provided his input on the house, the area, the price, etc. He was in contact with us throughout the whole process and is the reason we got to this point!

I couldn’t be happier with the way Bill handled our house hunt. It didn’t matter how many properties we threw at him that we wanted to see, he set every showing up that we asked within our schedule and was very accommodating about meeting me at my place of work to collect deposits, payments for inspections, sign paperwork, etc. He was present every step of the way in my stead so I didn’t have to take any time off. If you want a realtor who will be in it for you more than themselves, Bill Viviano Jr. is your man.

Mr. Taylor Smith went above and beyond to help my parents to find their house. He was patient, kind and caring. He was available at every moment I needed him adapting to my difficult work schedule to show us the houses (i send him text messages with the house addresses we want to see and i received confirmation in seconds). Bill was amazing! He is great at what he does and is very knowledgeable about the whole homebuying experience! We could not ask for a better agent, He hasn't taggerty honesty and follows through with every last detail he says he will. We had multiple agents prior to finding bill, All were either lazy non responsive or did not listen to our needs.
