Bill was amazing!! Bottom line! Everything was explained so well and he made the whole process so easy for us. We listed our house and accepted an offer within 14 hours. Unbelievable!! This also included overnight hours. Bill went above and beyond! Sale price for the house was right on point! I would also like to add that this was also all done during a world wide pandemic. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with selling our house and I cannot thank him enough.
