I was very pleased with Dr. Mulkey, and his nurse. They were very good at getting the information they needed to take care of my problem. Dr. Mulkey is a good listener. He covered more than what I planned on. He has done surgery on me before, and removed a Merkel Cell carcinoma from above my right eye, and the incision is non detectable. He is a good Dr. and I will be seeing him in 2 months.

I came in due to problems w/ swelling in my arms. They were able to fit me in as I had had surgery on Monday. They removed the drsgs, removed the drains, and Dr. Mulkey checked my arms and then it was decided to apply new drsgs and put my compression garment on. They were very caring and compassionate, and attentive to my needs. They explained in detail how I was to care for myself at home until my next return appt. and to call if further problems occurred. On June 28, 2014 I had Browlift and Eye lid reduction. Dr. Mark W> Mulkey at the Mason City Clinic did the procedure. Everything went well. It made a big difference in my looks and I can see a lot better. I thank Dr. Mulkey for everything.

Dr. Mulky's staff and Nurse was very nice and courteous. Dr. Mulky as always very informative and concerned gave me the time to answer questions. As always very personable and concerened with informing me what the next steps are with my progress to be cancer free and to make sure that I have the undertanding of what needs to be done.

Dr. Mulkey is an amazing plastic surgeon. He has magical hands. He is passionate about what he does and that's what counts to me most. He explained in extreme detail of every question I asked him. He never looked annoyed by my questions and I asked a lot of questions. He seemed getting excited to answer my questions. I was impressed with the professional caring of staff and Dr. Mulkey. All aspects pre-surgery were explained very thoroughly, including what to expect during/after the surgery as well as projected end results. The surgery went very well. I did experience fluid retention the day after, which I brought to attention of Dr. Mulkey's nurse; she consulted with Dr. Mulkey, who expedited an appointment with Urology. I saw Dr Mulkey for a consultation regarding a skin treatment.He was very professional and helpful in explaining my options and how the treatment would be done.There was no pressure to go forward-the decision was left up to me as to when the care would be completed.
