Laser ablation of keratosis. All went very well.
Dr. Mulkey has been treating me for migraine headaches. He has a deep understanding of the cause and triggers for my headaches and the treatment with Botox has been very beneficial. He and his staff always are welcoming and spend the time I need with me.
I'm very pleased with everyone and the service at the Mason City Clinic . I came in with a partial finger amputation on March 16 of 2015 and now I have use of the finger again . I just can't say enough about Dr. Mark Mulkey and staff! It's just amazing what they can do for people who have had an amputation . Thank God for such a wonderful place . I highly recommend!
First I have to say that the lady I spoke with in regards to making the appointment, Faith, was very knowledgeable and informative when I made my appointment. This was the first time I met with Dr Mulkey and I was nervous. Dr Mulkey's nurse made me feel very comfortable, explaining what was going to happen when Dr Mulkey came in and how he would be evaluating the issue I was seeing him about. Dr. Mulkey has taken the time and effort to do as much as possible for my chronic migraine headaches. He listens to what I have to say, which is more than some doctors do. He appreciates my calendars that I keep track of my headaches on. I highly recommend him to anybody that needs botox shots for their migraine headaches. He is wonderful.
I was greeted immediately with a smile. I had no wait time at all, was taken right back to a consultation room. After going over my medical history, I was seen immediately by Dr. Mulkey. After my examination the possible procedure was explained in layman's terms. I was nervous starting out, but very comfortable with my choices when I left.
I was very impressed with Dr. Mulkey and the staff. For the surgery conditions were exceptional. I had a local to have a spot removed from my forehead and everyone was very kind and kept me comfortable.
My experience was very positive. Dr. Mulkey explained every detail of the process and also what to expect during the healing process. I have been very pleased with the results.
Meagan the nurse with Dr. Mulkey is very understanding and helpful. Also the staff returned phone calls to me with in 1 hour in which I needed to some answer regarding post-op.
