First class facility with the greatest staff! I'd give 10 thumbs up if I had that many hands!!! If your child/children are ready to be seen by a dentist, look no further! This is where you want to take them. I've been using Dr. Mark ever since he opened on the Parkway And wouldn't think of taking my kiddos anywhere else!!! Dr. Muncy is the kindest, funniest and he really does go up and beyond to make the children feel comfortable.. WE AS PARENTS/GRANDPARENTS OF YOUR PATIENTS... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LOVING YOUR JOB...♥️😁
Dr. Muncy is impatient with children when they are scared during a procedure. He doesn't properly greet parents when they are new patients. He yells out diagnosis after viewing childs teeth, does not explain diagnosis or procedure to treat. His hygienist explain further treatment, I get you pay assistants to assist however he should make parents feel that he is trustworthy with proper Bedside Manner.
