First of all, Will we be going back, or recommend this dentist to anyone? That would be a big fat NO!!! Dr. Mark does not know how to treat children, there are children in this world that have anxiety, and to tell a 5yr old, "since you was a bad boy that's how you have to walk around for the next year and a half!! That will be a big fat negative to, and the receptionist said 90% of moms that leave here are not happy with their child's crown work, then you need to move to a different career!
Great all around!! Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful!! Dr. Muncy is always entertaining the kids!! Our kids absolutely love Dr. Muncy and his comical presence!! They cannot wait to go to their dentist appointment every 6 months!! It's always a positive and great experience for our kids!! We absolutely love it here!! Thanks Pediatric Dentistry of Greer!! � �
You guys are great! My youngest has a lot of sensory issues and the dentist is always difficult for him. Your staff is so professional, calm and polite even when he is screaming his head off the entire time. Never once has anyone ever acted aggravated or anything. Best news, at yesterday's appt he sat in the seat all by himself without screaming! I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!
All of my children have went to Dr. Mark for years now. The staff is the best and the facilities are top notch. Best children's dentist team in the upstate.
