It was so amazing and a positive experience. I arrive so anxious, scared, and a little panicked. I left calm with no symptoms of anxiety panicked and I was no longer scared. Had an hour long Neuro-Feedback therapy. Then, Dr.Steinberg came and asked to meet him in his office.He gave his summary of results from the brain mappinh test I had taken last week. i found out that though overall I had done well, there were some deviations in my brain pattern, this would relate to my coming off my alcohol use. Dr.Steinberg said i should continue my therapy by coming to the sessions twice a week. I would highly recommend Dr. Steinberg and his services to anyone suffering from anxiety, negative thoughts, or a number of other conditions. He is always willing to help you completely eliminate a negative feeling you're experiencing through tapping/voice technology, and it works in about 5 minutes! While there are videos online with general tapping videos, he instructs you in a specific order based on your situation that truly eliminates the problem you are having. Thank you Dr. Steinberg!
