Called to ask about a house because the sign said it was for sale. Call center lady said its not actually for sale yet and refused to give me the info. Big waste of time, false advertising.
Jimmy was THE BEST agent! He went over and above to help see the deal through. We were having a hard time with some solar panel issues and trying to use a cash offer for the sale of our home. Jimmy was more than just an agent. He stepped in and made sure we thought of everything and used every resource to assist in closing the deal. I hope we never have to go through it again, but if we do, I’m calling Jimmy at Mark Spain.
Worst company ever! They advertise that they will buy your house or even list it and their realtors are so unprofessional and disorganized. One realtor said he would get back to me within a few days… 3 weeks later I finally had to reach out multiple times to get a response. Do not use this company if you care about buying a home or selling yours.
Mark was super, he came in and made things crystal clear, checked with me throughout the process. Easy transaction.
