Follow-up visit. On time and familiar with my situation.
Dr. Hansen doesn’t make you feel rushed, always explains and listens to your questions. You’ll get a phone call in the evening after your surgery. He’s very competent and caring. Would highly recommend him.
He was super friendly, explain things simply and made me fell safe and welcome.
Dr Hansen has now performed two surgeries for me…very pleased.
Every time we see Dr. Mark, we are impressed by two things: his consummate skills as a surgeon, and his kindness and compassion as a human being. Dr. Hansen is very professional and compassionate. Very thorough. Explains everything to you. Both techs that I had were great.
Dr. Hansen always thoroughly answers questions that I have about my care and the prognosis. I feel like he genuinely cares.
