Dr. Hansen is friendly and effective. He was helpful in recommending ways to help my dry eyes. All of his techs were also friendly and professional, introducing themselves (which I appreciate) and explaining what they were doing. Everyone was willing to answer my questions.
I was very impressed with my visit. Dr. Hansen answered all my questions and concerns and a very conservative approach was decided upon.
Every one of the staff was professional and knowledgeable, but still compassionate and caring.
Dr. Hansen (and his staff) were kind, gentle, and explained my procedure well. It was a great success!! Thank you.
Dr. Hansen allows takes time with you, first asking how you are doing and engaging in conversation before he does his exam!
He seemed very knowledgeable and proficient as a doctor. I felt comfortable with him and I also liked how he was right to the point and asked what I thought I wanted in my corrective sight.

Dr. Hansen was prompt, friendly, courteous, polite and gave me the information I needed to decide to go ahead and have the Yag procedure. He also did my catarac surgeries a few years back, and I was impressed with his kindness and knowledge then - and now.
He asks pertinent questions about my health and he takes time to listen to what I have to say. He’s very personable and knowledgeable. He even takes a few moments to talk with me about some world events, and I feel very comfortable with my care in his hands.
