Everything is very efficient at MN Eye Consultants and nearly everyone I’ve dealt with has been very friendly. Dr Davis was great, surgeries were quick and easy. It’s 36 hours after my second cataract removal and my vision is already much better. When I had only had the one removed if I looked through that eye only, everything was bright, like I was using a bright white lightbulb. I just had cataract surgery for the second eye. Both time I was impressed with the process and the staff is friendly and professional. And the results amazing. They really have a great system and excellent surgeons. I felt very comfortable and confident and they go the extra mile to assure you get the desired results.
From the moment I entered MEC, I was cared for completely. Everyone anticipates your needs and with a gentle approach, I was led through each phase. This is so appreciated!!!Dr. Reeves came in pre-op and post-op to check-in and gave me an opportunity for comments or questions. Dr Davis put me at ease right away as I was anxious about the possibility of cataract surgery. She answered all my questions and now I’m excited for surgery next month.
Dr. Davis has been my eye physician for many years. I feel fortunate to have a physician with her expertise, knowledge and care. She is personable and her support staff are top notch. Her exams are always thorough, she always answers my questions and provides me the information I need for my eye care. Highly recommend!
Dr. Melicherlatson and her staff were very attentive. They listened carefully to my concerns.
Both Dr Doeden and the admission technical staff members attempt to get a patient to describe his or her eye care and any eye difficulties. Although Minnesota Eye Consultants is a large organization, staff make an effort to personalize the patient experience.
