Was very happy with the Examination. Not knowing what to expect, I was put at ease, very friendly. Looking forward to better vision.
Dr Hansen was excellent! Took the time to chat and listen to me.
He has performed cataract surgery on both eye and has followed up with a personal call later in day to see how I was doing. These calls were done in evening when the office was closed so I assumed it was on his personal time. I appreciated the call and when I asked a question about the recovery, he was happy to answer and made sure I understood his response.
Dr. Hansen has treated my Glaucoma with surgery implants and gives me ongoing care and attention.
Referred by my Ophthalmologist, I now understand why it was a 2 month wait to get an appointment. Staff were friendly and efficient. Facility (Blaine location) was spacious, clean, well labeled and staff assisted patients on safely navigating through the space. Dr. Hansen is approachable and friendly, makes eye contact when conversing with his patients, welcomes questions, and answers them fully.
Dr. Hansen was very helpful and thorough! I had surgery on my eyes, and I was not stressed.
Dr. Hanson seemed concerned about my condition but didn't push the fact I needed cataract surgery immediately but recommended other options at this point seeing my vision really wasn't bothering me but was changing. He has a very likeable personality and I would highly recommend him to others.
Everyone was very professional in my care.
Extremely caring and professional staff prior to my meeting with the doctor. Then Dr. Hansen took all the time necessary to review the results with me and to explain what our next steps were.
