It took me a little time to get my appointment with Dr. Kapperman, but well worth the wait. I could have gotten in sooner to another doctor, but wanted to see Dr.Kapperman specifically as I had heard so much about him! He is very busy! My daughter saw another doctor in this office and was completely satisfied with her examination, I just wanted to see Dr. Kapperman, so I waited! The office is excellent! Staff is excellent! Where can I even start. My family has been patients of Kapperman & White for years now. My daughter(12)broght up to Dr.White that she was very interested in there field of work.(Optometrists ) while most doctors wouldve thought it was sweet or nice. I have been a patient here for many years and always have great service. This is a Christian office and they treat people well and give back! Any doctor in this office is awesome. They have the best selection. Of glasses with a guarantee for TWO years! I had a scratch on my lens an they replaced them without question or hassle. They run a special in August to buy one get another at a huge discount. Great for sunglasses and back to school
I have been a patient here for 25 years and have had nothing but great service all of these years. They are prompt at getting you in and out whether it is for an exam, an eye "emergency", or a fitting for glasses. They are always current with technologies, advances, and trends. The staff is very kind and helpful and they always try to be prompt and efficient without making you feel rushed or neglected. Also the office is very inviting and is updated on a regular basis, allowing the patience to feel comfortable and at ease.
