The name Active Care Chiropractic says it all. I take a very active approach to getting people feeling better and being active again. My sports training background combining past collegiate athlete, current coach multiple sports, post graduate work in sports chiropractic and ongoing involvement with the Gambetta Athletic Improvement Network gives me many tools in my toolbox to help restore movement skills. I do it I in a low stress environment at a very reseda able costs.

I started seeing Dr. Day about a month ago when my lower back was out of alignment and within 2-3 visits I felt I was pretty much back to normal. I haven't been to a chiropractor for several years because I could never find one who would actually do the right kinds of adjustment on me and get me on the road to feeling better.
