Dr. Nikkel’s passion for medicine started when he was a child. As an athlete throughout his college years, sports medicine was something he was naturally drawn to. While working with a renowned physician, Dr. Lee Rice, Dr. Nikkel confirmed that sports medicine was his passion and what he wanted to pursue. Nickel was amazing. Great bedside manners surgery went great
Doctor Nikkle replaced both of my knees while he was still in Chicago (over 15 years ago) and to this day, I have had zero pain and zero issues with either knee. Three of my friends did the same with Dr Nikkle. I really wish all the doctors I see had the skills, compassion, knowledge, concern, etc, etc that Dr Nikkle extended to me. In my case, a 5star rating is not enough. I feel he needs a 10 star rating.

Dr. Nikkel is a great surgeon and he and his team did a great job explaining all my options, I highly recommend him.
I voiced some concerns of mine while getting a consultation about a broken leg/ankle and Dr. Nikkel and his office handled it with professionalism and promptness. I feel very comfortable with his office and services which is hard for me in a lot of cases.
