My wife and were I were pleased to have such a nice experience at Mark Mitsubishi in Glendale. Brandon was very professional end efficient. He called us within 5 minutes of us submitting our request for a certificate from USAA. We had a specific car in mind that was not on their lot. Brandon offered to find the car for us at another dealer. He found an exact match, calling us back again within 15 minutes. I have never felt so welcomed at a dealership during my car buying experience. Wonderful service from everybody at the dealership, friendly and kind. I would recommended this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Bruce did an amazing job to make my car buying a very special, and easy experience.
It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I felt really sure about my decision. I would say it was the overall environment of the dealership, but I think Brandon Endrizzi was really helpful!!!!

I originally came there in 2003 for service. I didn't like the dealership I had bought my car from. The experience I had with the service department was excellent.
