We're shopping around for a 2nd Vehicle and decided to check this place out. Nice inventory. I tend to be real indecisive. The associate Martin was really patient with me. He answered all the questions I had about the vehicles I was looking at.

Worst experience at a car dealership ever. I was not there to buy a car. I had to get a recalled part fixed. First, I had called over a week ago (Aug 8th) to schedule an appointment. The person I talked to tried to talk me out of going to that dealership because he was convinced that the other Mitsubishi dealer was closer to me (they didn't have my address so how would he know). My daughter went in this weekend to test drive a car she had seen on the Internet. She did drive the car and asked them to contact her with regard to her trade in ( value) so that a deal could be made, nothing, no call, nothing, unfortunately they did not take her serious. Too many dealerships for this type of customer service.

I went with my best friend recently to her appointment to get her oil changed and was impressed by how well of an Oiled Machine this place was running not only were they quick and on time but had wonderful customer service. I was especially impressed by one the Employee's Ben Fields he was particularly helpful and knowledgeable if I ever need a car in the future I will buy it from him.
