It is good I see Dr Messing day of each great. He has a good team too.
Dr Messing is my angel he has kept me going for the last 3-1/2 years. The doctors in Fla where I live gave me no hope. If it wasn’t for my daughter-in-law getting me into see Dr Messing I would not be here today! He has an exceptional staff and I so appreciate him so very much. I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr Messing and his staff for all they have done for me in such a professional manner as well

"My sister is one of Dr. Messing's patients. She recently consulted with him as she has been experiencing symptoms causing concern (as she is a cancer survivor). Upon expressing her concerns re her symptoms, he proceeded to explain away her symptoms as anything other than a recurrence of cancer. Wouldn't it be great if a doctor's speculations sufficed when addressing cancer (in lieu of concrete testing)? Dr. Messing's bedside manner is the worst I've seen of any physician in any specialty. He is rude, dismissive, and treats family members as if they are in the way, rather than part of the process. He told my mother that a second opinion was a waste of time, as they would just tell her the same thing. Any physician worth their salt not only supports but encourages a second opinion. We begged my mother to get a second opinion but she didn't want to upset Dr. Messing. She lost her battle.
One of the best physicians we’ve come across. Knowledgeable caring staff makes all the difference too.
Dr Messing saw my mom for the first time today and provided some very good feedback above the issue at hand. He is a very caring doctor that I would highly recommend.
The day of my family members surgery, Dr. Messing came in before surgery and acted like he had better places to be and was very dismissive to all of her questions. They dropped the ball and took TWO weeks to deliver CT results that could have coordinated care better and during her post op visit they did lab work and MAILED the results.. Which were ABNORMAL!!! Very disappointed with our experience given that Texas Oncology has such a distinguished reputation. Would NOT recommend him!
