**** **** saw that my car was purchased at another dealership AND saw that I had a warranty but did not say anything about taking the car back to the original dealership in order for the extended warranty to be honored. Inexperienced, very dishonest, not informative! She did no research when told about the warranty and ASSumed we were purchasing looking to purchase a warranty on a 2019 that already had a warranty!! Did not even honor coupons that came from their dealership. Unethical at its best!

On March 3, 2021 I contacted Mark McLarty Toyota dealership about a 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum in Blueprint that they had on their lot. I was contacted by ****** Love on March 4, 2021 and was told the internet price of $49,847 did not reflect the $1,100 in extras such as window tint, door edge guards, nitrogen filled tires and Pulse, nor had the $129 S&H fee. If I could give this business a -star I would. I'd like to start out saying I received the worst customer service from my financial manager from any dealership I've ever bought a car from. Not only does that company not like to answer the phone they also don't return calls when a message is left. When the issue was brought up I was given a personal cell number. What's the point of having phones if you don't answer/return calls. Anyways, when going through the financial part of buying a car I kept asking is this the price. D... read more

Brought my car in on the 3rd of February due to an oil leak. I was told by **** ******* that there 2 areas where it was leaking oil. However, they had the parts to fix them. After waiting 8 hours **** told me the car was fixed. No more oil leaks he said. I paid a total of $498.09. The next day I noticed an oil leak. It has been 30 days now and I have added 7 quarts of oil. Will never go back to Mark McLarty Toyota again. They just take your money and fix nothing.

I purchased a used car from here on 25 August. I paid nearly $10K for a "presumably" reliable Camry from what I thought was a reputable dealer. I put just over 300 miles on it and it died in traffic. I limped to a mechanic where it was diagnosed with a blown head gasket. It was nearly empty of coolant bc it was leaking into the second cylinder. I bought a Toyota Camry 1 month ago (September 12, 2019) with Blake in North Little Rock. My sales tax were included in the deal for my and I was told by Blake that I would receive a check in the mail sales taxes. I started texting Blake October 3, 2019 asking him what was going and he said he would check on it for me, which he never got back to me.
