Bad customer service. Bought a new Ford ecosport 2019 with 27 miles on it, and a week after getting it the transmission started to act up. I took it in and was told there was not a problem after them keeping it for about a week. Then we took a road trip in it and the transmission acted up again only worse. I took it in again and this time I was told that the transmission had to be replaced. That was a month ago.
