I saw Josh for 2 Eufflexa shots in my knees. He did a great job. He has a great personality as well
Dr. MacKey, Josh and the entire staff were professional, knowledgeable and caring. I'm blessed to have them throughout my knee replacement journey.
I brought in my Mom who had fallen down the stairs. Everyone was very kind and she received thorough care from the entire staff.
Both Dr Mackey and his resident were thorough and great bedside manner. The staff & X-ray technicians were very helpful as well.
Dr. Mackey performed my partial knee replacement a year ago. It turned out great. No more pain. He explained everything in detail before the surgery so that there were no surprises. My follow up visits also went well. There was nothing you couldn't ask him. He took the time at every visit to discuss any concerns I may have had. After 1 yr, all looks well.
Everyone is nice, caring and efficient. They give the best knee injections. Almost painless.
The front desk has gone downhill over the past year and a half. Yes, I know it's hard to staff these days. However when the admin doesn't care to help a patient or listen to what they're saying, it's sad. Dr. Mackey and the medical team is awesome. It's the only reason I put up with uncaring front desk employees. DMC needs to do better. Train them on how to interact with patients.
Excellent experience. My appointment time was honored. Everything explained and easy to understand.
Dr. Mackey is exactly what you would want in a physician. He listens to all concerns. All questions are answered so that I had all of the information I needed to make informed decisions about future care.
