On time appointment. X-ray technician friendly and efficient. PA explained treatment and performed treatment with kindness and understanding.
The office staff are always willing to be helpful in any way possible. Dr. Mackey and his Physicians Assistants have all been very knowledgeable and willing to offer suggestions to help the situation, without jumpng immediately to surgery. Very happy here and will continue to be thankful to have Dr. Mackey as my Orthopedic doctor.
Dr. MacKey and the entire staff were very pleasant, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend them.
My daughter fell and broke her arm. We took her to Huron Valley ER (great care received there too, BTW). Dr. Mackey was consulted on my daughter’s case in the ED (after-hours) and then we went to his office a few days later to get her cast applied. He could easily have had a tech apply the cast (a resident even came in and offered, but he declined), but he chose to do it instead. Dr. Mackey's staff is prompt, pleasant, efficient and understandable. Dr. Mackey takes his time, explains conditions and options, and listens to his patients. I would recommend Dr. Mark Mackey to anyone who has a question about hips, knees and ankles.
Last post op visit. All questions & next steps were discussed. I feel very comfortable with all decisions that we agreed upon.
First time I met Doctor Mackey. Loved how he took his time to explain things. I would definitely recommend him.
